There is not one reason I can think of.

Cons

The most pretentious group of people you will meet. The CEO never came and introduced himself to me but he did look at my LinkedIn profile 4 times... VP's are out of touch with what is really going on.

STAY AWAY FROM THE SALES DEPARTMENT!!! The most hostile and toxic department that I’ve ever been apart of. There is a complete disconnect between the sales department and the rest of the company. The reps are awesome, but the sales managers have no clue what they’re doing and it shows.

Unlimited PTO, remote work, some very talented coworkers

Cons

Middle management that has no sense of direction or responsibility for their team’s success. All expectations, no meaningful guidance or coaching. Will load you up past internal measures of capacity then blame you for your failings. Departments that work together have minimal understanding of what the others do, or who is/should be responsible for what. All tail chasing, all the time. There is literally NO organized exit process. You better know what to ask for and organize the process of returning equipment etc. for yourself as HR takes ZERO initiative. Simply a horrible experience across so many levels.
