      Pros

      Great coworkers, from middle management on down. Something new and challenging every day, which made the work hours fly by. Can be a very fun environment if you're in the right department.

      Cons

      Salary is about 20% less than the airlines for doing the same job. Do not anticipate a cost of living pay increase during review time. For meeting expectations, expect, at maximum, a 2% raise. Small bonuses are typically awarded every year, taxed at ~50%.

      Culture. Office politics. No stability. The IT organization will never be the priority. The wrong leadership. Harmful to your career.

      I promise you, if you are not one of managements favorites, you will never get promoted. Finding the right manager is tough because most employees have worked there for 10+ years. Old habits, no technology, slow decisions
