Dealing with management in Columbus Ohio. Seriously the worst I've seen in my 30 year career. Rules and policies for management are not the same for you!

Dysfunctional, boarder line toxic in Columbus.

Pros

Benefits (which sadly pay off dysfunction and lack of respect by mgmnt.) Great pilots!

Cons

Dysfunction & lack of respect for our profession, which is absolutely undeserving to most who have earned respect in the industry after many years of service. Could it be that the majority of us are women? Penalizing the entire flight attendant group for a few “bad eggs” shows lack of managerial ability and understanding when it comes to leading. Words of loyalty are just that, empty words.
