Pros

Benefits are really good. They pay your health insurance if you go with the high deductible insurance. The matching on the 401k is $0.60 on every dollar up to 25% of your salary.

Cons

They pay an annual bonus, but the percentage in salary raises is low, so moving up financially is a slow process.

Pros

Coworkers were great. Benefits were good. Some cool opportunities for events in the Columbus area. Incredible 401k match.

Cons

Job is extremely stressful. All shift options are terrible. You will have to work holidays and the nature of the industry means holidays will be some of the longest and most stressful days. Say goodbye to friends too because you'll have to work weekends. When you first start out you will probably have to work all weekends. If you're lucky, after a year you might only have to work one weekend day. The salary is a joke for how insanely stressful the job is. You are the main point of contact for every ridiculous problem any crewmember or other employee will call first, which means you have to constantly take phone calls while simultaneously trying to schedule 500 flights for the next day with not nearly enough aircraft or crewmembers to do it. Obvious favoritism in the office.
