      Pros

      Great group of employees keeping morale up the best they can under circumstances.

      Cons

      Ineffective management team who are commoditizing and, therefore, slowly destroying what could be a world class brand. Also, a management team who has actively destroyed what was an industry leading labor-management relationship.
