      Pros

      Good people in non-management positions. They are what makes the company enjoyable to work at.

      Cons

      lost any sort of family atmosphere it once had was gone. Had once been a great place to work, but employees are no longer cared about.

      Pros

      I like the job security at netjets. Employees are hard working and management is fair. Decent benefits and pay. Can be flexible with time off

      Cons

      Sometime you feel as if there aren't a lot of opportunity to advance within the company. Health insurance premiums have increase.

      Pros

      Each day brings its own challenges but in a good way. The work is fast paced with a good supporting cast. Each group works well with the other.

      Cons

      The biggest complaint is the lack of consistancy with regard to the attendance policy. Each department and each manager interpret this policy differently.
