      A good place to learn, but time has come to move on

      Pros

      People. NetJets has great people that work there, particularly below mid level mgt. The newer Executive team is led by a very capable CEO. Probably a good company for someone starting out of college these days, but not for career professionals.

      Cons

      With the exception of the CEO, the Executive team is seriously lacking in ability, talent, and understanding of their organization. Innovation is stifled and many of the core group of talented individuals have been forced to move after getting NetJets back on its feet post 2008.

      Pros

      It is one of the leaders in private aviation as their client list is the who's who of corporate America, Hollywood and sports.

      Cons

      They have had a lot of organizational changes resulting in layoffs and general nervousness throughout the company. Middle management is not the most confident when handling issues.

      Pros

      Plenty of time off if you pick the right schedule. Good people to work with. Wish I was still there

      Cons

      Economic times led to the down sizing of many divisions in the company. Work work with less employees. Time will tell.
