Netjets was a great place to work.

Pros

The people were great from Managers to entry level. Great benefits. Days off not usually an issue. Everyone was driven to complete the company's main goal, get the passenger from point A to point B as safe as possible.

Cons

Hostile change in management and poor financial performance forced Netjets to layoff more the 300 employees on September 11, 2009. Benefits have been cut to existing employees. Not a family atmosphere anymore.

Pros

Salary, benefits, time off and emphasis in family.

Cons

Netjets is becoming a large corporate machine and losing the personal nature of the management/employee relationship. Bad news is arriving via email to it's employees rather than a personal message from management.
