      - Great location, Oeiras, Portugal - Shear size of the organisation may make you feel proud. - Great colleagues as long as they manage to stay

      Cons

      - Upper management never take the blame for any shortfalls, they tend to always blame others. - Everyone shows off but no one takes responsability!

      NetJets is a great aviation company that has a positive attitude, likes hard working employees, and now offers profit sharing.

      Cons

      The salary isn't that great, and the hours can be a pain if you are not in a salary position.

      Pros

      I like the job security at netjets. Employees are hard working and management is fair. Decent benefits and pay. Can be flexible with time off

      Cons

      Sometime you feel as if there aren't a lot of opportunity to advance within the company. Health insurance premiums have increase.
