Home basing and 7&7 Schedule

Cons

Not a career destination. Management is disconnected from the pilot group and refuses to make this job good enough to stay at for more than a couple of years max. Quality of life on the road is NONEXISTENT. Pay is subpar to nearly ALL regional airlines.

Not a Place to Work in IT

Pros

Flexible schedule. Not HYBRID but actual time of day you can work.

Cons

Upper management in IT are not leaders. More like dictators. No more like babysitters. Sit in the open area to monitor when people arrive, get up from desk, go to lunch, get back from lunch, and leave for the day. A lot of changes in upper management the last year but too little, too late.
