Gender bias you cannot fight because they are a Berkshire Hathaway company and have oodles of money to burn if desired.

Benefits are good, fellow colleagues stick together and get the job done. Owned by Berkshire so it’s pretty safe to say the company isn’t going away anytime soon.

Cons

Management is WEAK. they don’t care about employees any longer. Used to be a great place to work, family atmosphere, no longer. Your just a number that can be replaced and they’ll forget your name the Minute you leave.
