From a pilot/employee perspective: the compensation is generally in-line with compared with other fractional operators and corporate flight departments. The employee benefits are average to above-average. The pilot basing opportunities are very good. The NetJets employee groups (flight crews and operations teams) are talented.

Cons

The current executive management team at NetJets is not employee-friendly. The management's number main priorities right now are: providing a return to our parent company; reducing expenses; having employees do more with less. Employee satisfaction and providing top-notch service to our customers are not primary concerns. Employee morale is at an all-time low and trending downward each day. The culture and climate within the company are suffering.

Best thing about NetJets? Leaving for another job. One where they actually appreciate their employees and take care of them, rather than treating like pawns to be used and discarded.

Cons

Worst management team I have ever seen. CEO wants blind obedience and fires anyone who disagrees with him. The rest of the executive team doesn't do anything to stop him - they are more worried about collecting another annual bonus. Middle management just keeps their head down and tries to stay out of the line of fire. There is zero creativity, vision, or integrity. Look elsewhere and don't waste your life here.
