Pros
I have only been at NetJet's a short time, but I do enjoy working there. It's a fast pace and dynamic work environment. With Adam and Bill coming back as CEO and COO, I think the company has a tremendous amount of potential. The last several years some not so good decisions were made, but that has been changing and will continue to change. The company currently seems to be on the up and up. If you have the opportunity to work at Netjets do it. I think it is totally worth it. -Pay (pretty decent for similar jobs) -Benefits (from what I am use to they have great coverage) -PTO (you start day one with 2 weeks)
Cons
The flight center can get a little hectic at times causing you to feel you can not get away from your desk. Can't really think of any others.
