Product doesn’t stack up to some of the others in the space. Runs more like a traditional sales pit/product pushing team rather than a transformative tech organization. Innovation seems a bit down the totem of priorities and some of the sales tactics seems out of date. Also, the pay is below that if their competitors.4

Pay remains severely under market standards. Toxic environment feeds a cut-throat mentality amongst departments and employees. Executive team is just a good ole boys club that hires and promotes their friends and thinks workers are just bodies in seats. Expect to be so stressed that you won’t even remember what it feels like to have a normal blood pressure. The clients are godawful and the sales team encourages them to scream at other departments and throw temper tantrums whenever something isn’t delivered to them on a silver platter. The workload is endless and they monitor you like hawks. They read your chats, listen to your calls, and watch your bathroom breaks. Don’t ever let your guard down because Big Brother is watching. Better yet, just run the opposite way while you still can.
