Thank you for providing us your feedback. We value your time and are happy to hear that you were able to enjoy the time you spent with your co-corkers and the benefits that Netchex offers. Communication is important and necessary to ensure positive results. We do offer internal training, online learning courses, and FPC Certification that is paid for by Netchex. External certifications are also encouraged by our leadership team. It’s always a joy to see our employees bring new knowledge and skills to their teams and share in their accomplishments. Netchex employees are encouraged to voice their concerns or provide suggestions on how we can improve as an organization. I do find it more effective when current employees have these discussions directly with either their supervisor or human resources so that there can be two-way dialogue around those areas they feel we need to work on. This provides our leadership team the opportunity to provide clarity and to listen to suggestions on how we can improve.
