      Pros

      - Professional growth: Telecom in general is a complex business to work in and here you will be exposed to a lot of Tier1 customers all over the world. - Technological stack is evolving quite fast (especially for enterprise segment) - Very competing salary for the good performers - COVID prooved that company is very capable of changing a lot of internal policies/structures in the short timeframe to react on the external conditions (e.g. switch to remote work and hybrid work, hotlines for support, org changes)

      Cons

      - As company is extremely result-oriented, a lot of peope will find it hard to maintain work-life balance while keeping up with the top palyers in the team - While product is evoling fast, there are a lot of customers who are still using legacy applications and/or in a deep "support" mode. Don't expect technological miracles if you are on one of those accounts. However this is usually a temporary assignement to learn business or a "quiet harbor" for those who no longer seek achievements in a more challenging places.
