Company still has a spirit of startup, career opportunities are still there. Although formally it's bought by NEC - it doesn't matter much, NEC doesn't enforce any specific policies and directions.

Cons

compensation may not be the best you think of, but it all depends on you, you have to talk about yourself

People you work on day-to-day basis are good, lots of work&travel opportunities, great customers, flexible solution delivery model and core product. Good first company

Cons

Technologies used are outdated, limited growth opportunities, salary below average, management decisions are not transparent. Overall cons>pros as far as I can see after more than 8 years.
