From where i should start, 1. The Managers will never support you never take any stand for you, even if you are working your max. 2. some so called technical leads are Back Biters, no much work you will do they will complain of yours to managers so that manager will be impressed with them. 3. some technical leads /managers will start firing freshers or low level peoples to save their seats. 4.they have the worst management. 5. Some people are taking some designations even they didn't deserve that and they know nothing about it, and will give unnecessary pressure on freshers. 6. Any Friday can be your last working day, so be Prepare for drinks on Friday. 7. I was so obsessed with one person in Net Cracker , everyone hates him/her , whoever knows him/her because of his/her attitude towards other, still he/she is in company and many people are leaving because of him/her. I can write 200 points here so better stop here.
