Lot to learn, various applications, very friendly atmosphere, seniors will guide you so much, Initial salaries are high.

Politics will be there, salary hikes are slow.

Not bad salary, nice office near the city centre, english courses, ability to work from home, big company with much experience,

Cons

A lot of self-made products, which you need to understand. Slow upgrade of technologies, for example in path of Netcracker java 1.6 is used. To get out from svn to git it takes more than two years and so on. Sometimes you have not enough job to do, so you have less experience in programming and technologies

Pros

Firstly, it's a wonderful people who work in the company. Ambitious, enthusiastic and smart guys. Secondly, it's an opportunity to travel around the world. Business trips to Europe, Asia and America are given the chance to get into the most remote corners of the world. And thirdly, it's a good opportunity to improve English skills through communication with Indian colleagues and customers.

Cons

One of the main problems is work overload. Work occupies a large part of life. So it's important to be able to control this problem. There are also the following problems: - English course is only two years; - Uncomfortable furniture (chairs, desks, etc); - There is no shower room (for cyclists).
