Competitive wages at the entry-level position, easy to transfer 'horizontally'. Team culture is uneven between projects, but usually, there is a lot to learn from your coworkers, especially because they are from different countries and regions. Good soft-skills webinars.
Cons
Hard-skills webinars are lacking. Sometimes hierarchy can be very confusing, and it changes from project to project drastically.
