I worked in Netcracker for almost 4 years joining as a Fresher Pros: 1. Transport Facility all over Hyderabad. 2. Attending fun activities

Cons

Cons: 1. Your Job will be always at Risk. Every Year 10% people will be laid off. 2. Manager won't give you Good rating even if lead is giving Good Rating. 3. Management may fire you if you are highly paid . They will always expect extraordinary performance. They will always compare you with others. 4. No recognition to your work. 5. Delayed Hikes. 6. Some Employees won't even get atleast 1% hike. 7. Basically Indian NC management will be puppets under Russians. 8. No Encouragement to Employees. 9. People from Development background are forced to move to Testing. My Suggestion is not join this company. You will always have to fear for Layoffs.

It is a good starting place for a person looking for an entrance in IT, especially students. Salary in Russia is quite competitive. New project may open opportunities to learn technologies, stacks, practice something new. Some project leads are inspiring to evolve and to learn.

Cons

To properly advance in the company you need to push forward yourself, most of the time management is fine with where you are. Office is providing barebone comfort, nothing special. Some projects and product work may be very routine and provide no career benefits. If you're stuck there, sometimes only way to proceed is in another company.
