This is not a product based company hiring and firing is common here. Hike in once in two to three year but they will tell you they have quaterly hike

1. Old technologies, no coding standard, 2. After joining you will have to attend interview for specific project if it clear then only you will get work otherwise 6 month Netcracker Training. 3. Three days office compulsory and that too 8hours no matter what you do. 4. No extra perks 5. No yearly hike culture. Minimum 2 years you have to wait for 5% hike. 6. Most of the projects are under Russian people’s you have to do only task which are assigned to you. 7. They won’t involve in the meetings. Or discussion.
