      Overall a good company with a good product portfolio

      Pros

      A complete BSS/OSS product portfolio translates to many more business opportunities than with a niche player. The people are highly motivated and dedicated. The compensation can be quite good.

      Cons

      There is constant pressure that if you are not closing business, you will not have a job, and this is seen in practice. The culture is quite paranoid, and it can take some time to be accepted into "the family".

      Pros

      International fast growing company with good opportunities and nice offices. This is a good place for students to start a career as there is a possibility to work part-time or flexible hours, plenty opportunities to learn and work with great skilled team members. Career growth is good in the beginning. Good onsite oppotrunities.

      Cons

      Those who stay long term in the company see the career growth slows down. Salary is average.

Employees are very collaborative and support each other to learn and excel --Telecommunications domain, provides excellent platform to gain and master in this domain --High performers are most valued and taken care --Challenging and variety of options to choose --Client and business focused, several client facing opportunities --Competitive salary

      Cons

      --Corporate bureaucracy, Indian organization is completely controlled and dependent on America or Russia. Decision making always happens out side of India --Very flat structure, no career growth options for tech-savvy people --No priority or chances for Indian employees while filling positions in USA, UK or other countries --Poor travel policies, no motivation for long term on-site travelers
