      Don't be fooled

      Pros

      What I thought were pros, ended up as cons. I was fooled by the promises that were never delivered. From the "budget" I was never given to me, to the projects I was not allowed to pursue because of "budget." It's very confusing, and I'm no financial advisor, but they talk about ALL the money they are bringing in but forbade ANYONE from spending it. For example, I couldn't take a training that was $200. Think about that. Also, I'm not convinced they have any money other than enough to give their executives and 'higher ups' quarterly bonuses' to keep them quiet. Something is very fishy here and it's just a matter of time before it's found out.

      Cons

      If those were my pros, imagine how bad the cons are. Don't be dazzled by their website or profiles, I know it's tempting, but truly consider these reviews before joining. I write this as someone who truly wants whomever is reading this to not fall prey to their schemes, not as a bitter, former employee (although I was at one point!). Take this information to heart, it will just be a matter of time before you're writing a similar review about them.

      Cant think of any pros!

      Cons

      Toxic environment, no technical growth, people with aspirations to learn and grow are never given opportunities, favouritism is only the basis to get growth in Netcracker. Very bad HR team, merely puppets in the hands of managaement, false promises at the time of interview were made by the HR team, Pune centre is worst, so many leaders, and the environment is so political and power play at its best can be seen.all HRs in Pune are puppets.

      The pay was very good.

      Cons

      Was part of the consulting group there was almost no team work and cooperation. There was an expectation that minor issues should be escalated and co-workers be blamed.
