They don't have any policies for employees. No work hours defined. People are working here day and night more than 15 hours a day and expecting the same from others. And even after doing that no hike increment. After leaving org as well HR behaviour is worst. no proper exit formalities no reliving letter. You have to chase them for every now and then for simplest of things. Beware of going into such organisation.

If you are not from Russia or Ukraine, you won't have any grow or benefits, key positions belongs to them

-Good benefits -Wework office is nice

Cons

-No career path -No process -Old technology -No goals or objectives -Blocking growing by putting Russian or Ukraine people -No process for paying overtime -Working 12 to 14 hours shifts, including weekends -No feedback - Senior Managers has limited experience and they are careless about the employees, for the people is not important, is just a number

Not good for fresheres. They hire as java developer but there is no good work in java. Everything governed by Russian management. They are rude.
