      Pros

      Good to understand in-depth about Telecom domain. Organization with market leading Telecom products. Good strategic and financial support from parent organization - NEC corporation. Evolving and nacent leadership at India level Not so mature, but evolving HR policies. Good remuneration and hike. Lots of projects ongoing and good pipeline

      Cons

      Overlapping and mixed ownership and responsibilities between departments of organization. May land in a chaotic Projects at times. Designation may not tell the role of the employees

      An organization that does not know what they need and how to go about!

      Pros

      Encountered some good people there.

      Cons

      They take a long time to decide. They were ok with my expectations when I spelled them before the evaluation process. Offered a lower designation, and adding insult to the injury the offer was the same as my last drawn. After wasting my time for one and half months they offered peanuts. I am not sure they know what they are doing in the hiring process...heard layoffs were the norm, so stay clear. And do not say that you were not warned!

      Netcracker is a good company

      Pros

      It's a good company to work. They have no variable in compensation. Gratuity is out the of the compensation. Medical is also paid by company.

      Cons

      Have seen review of lay offs in glassdoor, but that was mostly in old technologies. They have 3 months appraisal system but that doesn't seem to be happening They don't have any integration with learning platforms
