Cons: 1. Your Job will be always at Risk. Every Year 10% people will be laid off. 2. Manager won't give you Good rating even if lead is giving Good Rating. 3. Management may fire you if you are highly paid . They will always expect extraordinary performance. They will always compare you with others. 4. No recognition to your work. 5. Delayed Hikes. 6. Some Employees won't even get atleast 1% hike. 7. Basically Indian NC management will be puppets under Russians. 8. No Encouragement to Employees. 9. People from Development background are forced to move to Testing. My Suggestion is not join this company. You will always have to fear for Layoffs.

Projects are few so you always have to fear for loosing job. Don't expect project as per your expertise. Developer are least valued and BAs are rockstar because they interact with clients. So company think only BAs are working and eligible for award. Developers are low skilled workers and they only deliver what is expected ;) They do hikes/appraisals in background and no one knows apart from the employee who is getting it (Because not all will be getting hikes in cycles) and your manager. Only eligible for hike if you have 5/5 star rating + extra things you may done for company apart for regular work and work hours (Interesting Policy) so you have to really genius. So don't be fooled if you get 45 - 50 % hike on joining. Forget hike for next 2 to 3 year so the joining hike will be compensated ;)
