      Great company to start IT career

      Pros

      At the start of IT career, you can gain great experience of working in a big worldwide company. You can visit different countries depending on your customer's location.

      Cons

      Salaries are pretty low. The only possible way to earn reasonable money is by traveling onsite abroad - in this case, they pay additional money.

      People share the knowledge and expertise which is very helpful for my job HR aim to make employee's work more comfortable and productive if there is such opportunity The projects are from various countries all over the world which helps to develop the knowledge about the cultures differences amd helps to find the way to be om the same page with customer

      Cons

      Pretty low level of salary compared to other companies Line manager isn't fare in assessing the job and improving job title of employee and salary raise
