      Great place to to start your career

      Pros

      NetCracker has very good policy about flexible time schedule. It's perfect place to work for students and those who just began their career path. NC has many departments and interesting projects from clients around the world. So switching between projects or even departments isn't a problem. And of Business Trips is a great plus for many people.

      Cons

      Operation within company relies mostly on people interaction, which would be a plus if the internal projects was better documented. And of cause there is salary. You can easily get a better offer in other company.

      Pros

      This is a company it only wants work from you, what matter it may be. No work no place here for you. But I can say with confident, after working here more than a year... No body can beat you in logically thinking and technically skilled in this IT market. You will feel like king.

      Cons

      Very high pressure work in some teams... But the more you sweat the more you shine....

      * easy to get there with zero experience (including via training centers), * vast opportunity to grow the career.

      Cons

      * low-paid, * a lot of colleagues are students, who are low-qualified, thus 1) code quality is low, 2) harder to grow professionally.
