Pros
I can't say much at all here. For someone strait out of college with no experience selling and if you are willing to take some abuse it may be a decent place to get some experience.
Cons
Multiple. Management is completely self serving. They care very little about their employees. Even employees that have been there for years and they allegedly well liked are abused. Unfortunately these employees are all very new in their careers and don't know anything different. At one point they hired a group of 12 sales people to grow the company. They let 25% of the training class go right after training with no explanation, and within 6 months 75% of the people hired had either quit of been fired. This company is all smoke and mirrors, which is unfortunate because it appears they have decent technology. I also knew a colleague that was fired right after he closed the biggest sale in company history because management did not want to pay him on the deal. Just incredibly shady all around, at least in how it treats it's salespeople and pre-sales engineers.
