International company, huge telecom transformations, famous customers

Cons

Bad people management, too many managers and nobody knows what some of them actually do, it may be up to 3 managers in one team, managers get all benefits - prize, business trip low average expertise Unclear process of raising. Indian QA can become senior in 1 year which is nonsence.

1. No work life balance 2. Very Bad management of openstack cloud team in pune and Russia 3. Worthless HR discussion 4. Uneducated refferal resources were hired. 5. Too much work load. 6. Team strength is poor with no relevant knowledge.. 7. Have to teach new joiners who has 12+ year experience and hired from bad door. With no relevant experience. 8. Manager didn't release to apply internal job posting. 9. No logout times. 10. On call on Saturday and Sunday. 11. Night maintenance activities.

Good Office culture. Monthly Technical sessions for knowledge enhancements

Cons

Lot of unstabilty People are hired into projects and ramed down after 3-4 months A lot of time spent on bench Without any project interviews firing can also take place. Even employess who have spent 2-3 years in the organization dont hace stabilty in projects. The hierarchy has a lot of Russians so the Indian managers are more or less helpless
