      You will learn the Netcracket Framework. Fix salary. Office Cab.

      Cons

      No Java work only configuration on Tool. If you raise your voice your will be fire. They can fire employee on single day notice. Favoritism - lot of old employee called java developer don’t know java and they will take your credit of your work and if you raise your voice against them than fire. Recently lot of layoff including all location of India. All good review is given by HR only. Russian is managing everything India management is puppet. No on time appraisal. Not employee friendly .

      Pros

      I can only think of one that is flexibility is at its peak.

      Cons

      No good work only repetitive work on the training they provide you after joining. Work on existing products and Netcracker frameworks. Russians do most of the development work. Support, customisation work given to indians. Java is the only technology stack most work on and that too rarely used by developer. Most of the work is configuration related. Food is not good.
