1. You will be sorrounded by people over the world which means you will be able to improve your communication skills. Also you will learn different work styles. 2. There will be always somebody to help you. 3. You will constantly recive feedback of your work which helps you to learn new things or improve. 4. Your payment will be always on time and they also offer some others good benefits. 5. People from Netcracker is empathic and flexible: In some cases if you have an urgent issue/appointment, you can reach an agreement to attend the issue and recover the working hours. 6. You will be working in CDT even if your team is from another country.

Cons

As you probably will work with people from other countries, in some cases your working hours wont match, thats why sometimes you will need to wait in case you need extra info or you have doubts. However, they will always try to give you an answer as soon as possible and they also understand your non availability in your non working hours.
