Netcracker is not my first employer, but as realist I can say that it's the best. Starting from office staff and ending by flexible relationships between management and employee. First of all, any success depends on your activities and it doesn't matter where. If you are able to show that you are responsibly guy than managers always start to follow you and help with career growth Second of all, I don't know any other company with full stack of possible IT departments present at least in one location. It means that you have much more opportunities than in small company oriented on small business solutions. Third of all, I never saw so many experts interested in the business on one square meter.
