If you are ready to work, just go with NetCracker. You will have lot of opportunities to travel, to learn, to earn.

Cons

Everybody talks about work. Employee Preferences is Zero. Management Never Cares about employee side. Its their decision, you must follow it.

Pros

Relatively large and stable company. Worlwide reach of communications service providers. Opportunity tol get international experience.

Cons

Salaries in Moscow department is relatively low for such level company and expertise/experience they require. The company tries to save money on everything, even on ventilation and hot water in the Moscow office. In result you get headche in airless openspace (Moscow, Kozhevnicheskaya 7) and can not perform well. Most of middle/top managment staff in Moscow is working int the company 7-10 and more years, started as students or just after university. So, thas limited understanding/feeling of outside world and markets They do not provide real new-hire technical training, New hire in Moscow just get a lot of slides, word manuals, some on-line exercises and tests.

Product based company, huge scope of learning in telecom billing domain.

Cons

Poor Employee-manager relations as most line managers also have project delivery responsibilities. Project manager is the one who decides your future whether he retains you or not. If he doesn't retain you, doesn't matter how good you are and how well you delivered your work, you will be given average rating by line manager. Very bad HR policies, really HR need to work on improvind Employee manager relations and also improve employees opinion in management decision. As of now Its justy one way communication. Lack of leadership from India Center in business/product strategy.
