Once joined they forget about your benefits, growth etc. No increment, no bonus, no promotion. Every time you ask for these, manager will say we will see in next quarter but that quarter never comes. They are slowly removing the benefits suchh as free food, free transportation, WFH etc. No feedback review process. They say at the time of joining that they can give increment or bonus any time of the year but basically they want to say "never".
