      Don't Waste Career by Joining Netcracker

      Pros

      No Pros' at all. You would feel, that you have wasted your career here.

      Cons

      You would be hired without any project in hand. They will make you to work on a project with no scope to learn and then ask you to leave in few months, stating there is no relevant project that suits you.

      Finally, a new modern tech stack. Ability to grow vertically (from engineer to manager). Some on-site work is still available (working trips). Dependency on a project, your experience will vary from project to project (cons as well).

      Cons

      Old monolith (not applied to new solution on microservices) is based on everything that is written inside the company, you will barely learn something that is required on the market. There is a product, which means that if you are not in a product team (most of the employees) you will not create new services, you will adjust, customize, extend. Dependency on a project, your experience will vary from project to project (pros as well).
