      Up until 2020 , the company was good, perks, work from home, hike was given, since 2022 there is no hike, no projects full of politics..

      Cons

      No pros to mention as such, as manager keeps on nagging to allocate projects or to give increments.

      Pros

      You get decent exposure to the world of software engineering. You will get to learn a lot if you get a project. Emphasis on the "if".

      Cons

      Employee perks were removed slowly and that includes basics like tea, coffee and office cab. Lack of projects and very poor management. Russians dominate the work environment and proper opportunity is not given, Employee performance reviews are not shared and discussed by the manager and they just blindly ask us to improve without telling us what was on the review, Reviews are given by Russians and no matter how well you do, you get an avg review. If you get a good russian manager then your career is safe there. They fire you without warning or reason. They pump and dump employees based on demand.
