Pros
This is the first product based company I am working for. I can see a drastic shift in the work culture (previously I worked for service based orgs). NetCracker has a good culture with nice work life balance. Colleagues are very helpful. No micro management. Good growth in terms of knowledge as well as financially (you get a very good hike if deserved). You are eligible for hikes in any quarter. But only once a year (as far as I have seen)
Cons
Company needs to work more on employee benefits. No annual functions or days are organized. No variable pays/bonus or payout for client appreciations.
