Business Outlook
Pros
1. HR team @ Hyderabad is quite co-operative 2. QA team of ICOMS is very helpful . 3. No strict timing , if you are lucky you can clock in even at 11.15 instead of 9.30 .
Cons
1. Some senior Managers in Dev team are literally snakes. Won't hesistate from even swallowing the careers of freshers for their own promotion. 2. People are mostly localite so talk in telugu. 3. Most of the ppl are of middle-age so there is not quite a rush.
