1) Good for professional growth 2) Good workaholic env, intelligent folks. 3) strict day to day timing, no extra work time, no over time. 4) Good exposure of techs.

Cons

1) Very less projects for Indian developers, most work done by onsite guys. 2) No communication with HR, no feedback policy. 3) No KT of domain at all, learn on your own. 4) Do not take bonus amount, it's a trap.
