Finally, a new modern tech stack. Ability to grow vertically (from engineer to manager). Some on-site work is still available (working trips). Dependency on a project, your experience will vary from project to project (cons as well).

Cons

Old monolith (not applied to new solution on microservices) is based on everything that is written inside the company, you will barely learn something that is required on the market. There is a product, which means that if you are not in a product team (most of the employees) you will not create new services, you will adjust, customize, extend. Dependency on a project, your experience will vary from project to project (pros as well).

The team here consists of some of the most talented and friendly individuals I've had the pleasure to work with. Colleagues are not only skilled but also genuinely nice people, which makes collaboration and teamwork a positive experience. Whenever you encounter a problem or need assistance, there is always someone ready to help. The culture of mutual support is strong, and employees are willing to share their knowledge and lend a hand when needed.

Cons

Despite having a great team, the severe lack of growth opportunities, poor management, stressful work environment, and disregard for employee well-being make this company not worth your time.
