      Fast paced, demanding, but fun

      Pros

      Nice teaming environment while on customer sites long term. Visible executive management support, particularly when there are bumps in the road. Highly intelligent workforce.

      Cons

      Travel requirements can be very demanding and aren't depending on the assignment.

      Thank you for your feedback. NetCracker has taken strides in the last year to bring together our remote employees. We have put a major focus on corporate communications and are looking to hire a Sr. Director of Corporate Communication to help in this cause.

      Big and fast growing company with startup spirit

      Pros

      1. The average employee I.Q. is very high which is not surprising given the hiring strategy the company adopted a long time ago of chasing after the smartest people in the industry and targeting the best technical schools around the world. 2. Very agile culture, very entrepreneurial in spirit - quick decision-making, very little bureaucracy, results-driven. 3. Senior management is very approachable, the company is not hierarchical or level-conscious.

      Cons

      1. Work-life balance can be tough sometimes 2. Being constantly surrounded by smart people who like to challenge everything and everyone can be intimidating and sometimes even perceived as "arrogant" 3. Fire drills happen often but life would be boring without them

      Pros

      They pay well. It is the only way they keep employees. many have said that they would leave if not for the money. Company is growing fast. They have become a body shop mostly.

      Cons

      Ultra high pressure and very political. Lots of back stabbing. Not much in terms on value. Pulling as much money from customers as possible
