      - Good opportunity for students to learn. - Salary review for a part time student was every 4 month: 20% 20% 30% - Friendly colleagues - Good managers

      Cons

      - Salary was slightly lower comparing to other companies - Dependence on internal product was too much, thus lack of using modern technologies - Too much legacy

      * Feels like a start up/small company * Small teams make getting to know your coworkers/managers better * Great starting salaries * International offices makes multicultural experiences available * Privately owned company

      Cons

      * No 401K matching * Annual review process is under developed - more of a "check the box" than a thoughtful process unless managers develop on their own * Lack of training budget
