Pros

Products from latest cloud technology and good process to implement and maintain them. Also, has the whole telecom products as billing, rating, order management, CRM, CPQ, WFM, UIM, AI etc. all these products are following the TM Forum standards since the first design until the right API implementations. About the people care, Netcracker helped the Ukrainian employees and their family to move to another countries. Additionally, there is a free service to help employees with our metal health, talking in our native language with psychologists, nutritionists etc.

Pros

- Salary above Brazilian market - Possibility of home office - Great benefits, for Brazilians everything according to CLT and SINDPD - 3rd party partnership with a company that provides psychologist, accountant and other professionals to help the employee - Performance review every year - Possibilities to expand knowledge and explore more areas - Netcracker has a lot of projects, so you will always learn something new - Great co-workers, most of them have a solid background with a lot of experience and are always willing to teach you - I had about 4 managers in my 9+ years (so far) and all of them were nice people which recognized my work

Cons

Some systems are a bit old, but as the company grows it is replacing those systems with Cloud. Some project will have a high demand on you due to it's importance, be prepared for those cause the pressure will be high.

During my tenure as a Software Engineer at Netcracker, I experienced a highly supportive and positive work environment. The company truly values its employees, and this is reflected in the excellent work-life balance it offers. The management is understanding and ensures that the workload is balanced, allowing for personal time and flexibility. I would highly recommend Netcracker to anyone who values a healthy work-life balance while pursuing a career in technology.
