Great as a first job for students, but Middle to Senior experience depends on luck

- Education center allows you to get an offer if you have no experience - Huge company: some processes are tuned already, company has its own environments - For project teams: business trips all around the globe (depends on your project obviously) - No spyware to monitor your activity, it is tracked on your results.

Cons

- Whether your team business processes are tuned perfectly or your working routine is chaotic depends on your manager heavily - Open-space office with basic comfort level - Developers tend to switch the company as soon as they get experience (as a lot of teams is chaotic and/or have some management issues) - The salary is average - Lack of worthy social events
