      Pros

      Very strong product and service offerings, coupled with best-in-industry delivery, allows NetCracker to solve all customer OSS/BSS needs. Strong partnership with NEC allows for cross-selling NEC’s strong network hardware portfolio. Leadership has very high expectations and focus is on the customer. It is a dynamic work environment with many growth opportunities. NetCracker is the best place to work in the OSS/BSS industry.

      Cons

      Sometimes work/life balance can be impacted by rigorous work schedule and travel. Due to management’s high expectations, turnover is higher than at other companies in the industry. Upside, this allows us to work with only the very best.

      Pros

      There are no limits to what you can accomplish. If you have an opportunity to expand the NetCracker footprint to existing or new customers, everyone is there to help all the way up to the CEO. I learn every single day which makes my career more exciting than ever before. Getting outside your comfort zone is scary, but the most rewarding.

      Cons

      NetCracker has grown quickly and while I do not need a lot of structure and rules, there is a lack of information sharing. However, through internal networking, what you need is there - you just have to find it.

      Fast-paced, dynamic environment with lots of travel

      Pros

      There's great growth opportunity in this company for people that are willing to put forth the work. The Management structure is very open and relatively flat, which provides great visibility (for hard workers) and also provides a great support structure. The management helps build an environment of accountability and this leads to people taking ownership and pride in their work, ultimately driving people to perform to the highest standards. This company is also very customer-centric, which is something I can really get behind.

      Cons

      Some of the challenges I deal with are regarding the lack of proper planning and timing on some of the engagements that I have to support. Frequently, I will be assigned something with only a week or two notice. My role (Sales Engineer) requires a lot of travel, which can lead to impact with family life, as I will frequently be gone for weekends and weeks at a time.
