Keep changing the projects within 5-6 months by not giving any concrete reason will push employees into a dilemma

Decent Place to work - Not that good

- Free food as of now - Temp Work from home - Health check up and gym memberships though - 12% of PF - Good Salary The experience is different from Project to project and you are able to change projects.

Cons

- Work From office from 2023 - They have removed transportation and replaced that with shuttle service (Point pickup and Drop in a specific route) - Mostly Service based project for Full stack developers - Tedious workflow - WLB manageable not great - You mostly will work in a custom framework - Less scope for growth and learning
