Competitive package Free transportation Flexible working hours Good Hikes

No Transparency in Hike process No feedback process Less people interaction HR policies are mediocre and are improving You dont have a say in ur review and hike as it is done in the backend and no one knows what is the feedback except ur Reporting Manager. So if someone has grudge then he can ruin your review and you cannot defend that.
