😀 Happy to Complete 1 year with Netcracker Technology in June 2022. An absolutely great place to work for! If you are someone whose top priority is mental health and work-life balance along with competitive CTC then, believe me, this organization is for you! And someone's saying is apt for my post - "The best marketing an organization can do is to keep its associates happy." 😇 Other Good points about NetCracker: 1. All CTC is fixed, no variable component is included 2. Quarterly appraisals 3. Gratuity will be paid by an organization 4. Medical Insurance's premium is paid by an organization 5. 30 annual leaves 6. You will be paid for overtime 7. Internal training sessions every month on hot technologies in the market 8. Free independent cab service for up and down to the office 9. You can work from any of the four offices of NetCracker in India irrespective of your current base location 10. Christmas bonus to all associates since 2020 11. You will be valued, if you have any concerns, just connect with your supervisor and he/she will definitely do the justice
